Kenneth D. Walker – Driven Brands, Inc. Chief Executive Officer
Kenneth D. Walker, is chairman and CEO of Driven Brands, Inc. Walker joined Meineke as president and CEO in 1996 after serving nearly four years as president and CEO of Parts, Inc., a distributor of automotive parts and supplies with distribution facilities and stores covering 24 states.

Prior to his position with Parts, Inc., Walker spent 17 years in similar businesses. Before entering the automotive aftermarket, Walker was a manager and CPA with Arthur Young and Co. in Fort Worth, Texas.

Walker is currently a member of the World President’s Organization and has served as chairman of the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association. He has been an instructor for many AWDA seminars and is a recipient of the AWDA Memorial Scholarship and Pursuit of Excellence Award. Walker served nine years as a member of the board of directors of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association with an active role on the Government Affairs Committee and is also a prior board member of the Automotive Hall of Fame, and is the current chairman of the International Franchise Association.

David Lapps – President of MAACO Collision Repair and Auto Painting
David Lapps was appointed President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of MAACO in October 2008. Lapps was employed by MAACO Enterprises Incorporated (MEI) since 1974 and has served in various capacities including training instructor and training director since that date. He served as Director of Franchise Sales from August 1985 to May 1986 and acted as Director of Training and Special Projects from May 1986 to July 1987. Lapps acted as Director of Corporate Development and Training from July 1987 to November 1990. From November 1990 to November 1993, he served as National Director of Operations. From November 1993 to January 2008, he served as Vice President of Operations and in February 2008, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. He was also elected as a Director of MEI in February 2008.

Dave Schaefers – Senior Vice President of Franchise Development
David Schaefers was appointed to the office of Vice President of Business Development for Driven Brands Shared Services, Inc. in May 2007. He is responsible for the sale of Meineke, Aero Colours and Econo-Lube franchise opportunities and company-owned service centers. Prior to this, Schaefers worked for Econo-Lube N’Tune, Inc., serving as Director of Franchisee Relations, Vice President of Franchisee Development and then as President.

Patrick M. Donohue – Vice President of National Accounts and Inventory Sales
Patrick Donohue serves as Vice President of National Accounts and Inventory Sales, a post he took over in January 2009. Prior to that time, he served as MAACO’s Vice President of Franchise Development from October 2008 until January 2009. Donohue served as MEI’s National Accounts Director from July 2003 to June 2008. In June 2008, he was appointed Vice President of Franchise Development of MAACO Enterprises Inc (MEI). Before joining MEI, he was the Strategic Sales and Marketing Director of Orion Telecommunications in Bayside, New York.

Jason T. Ryan – Assistant Vice President of New Center Development
Jason Ryan has been employed by MAACO since 2003 where he served as Director of Regional Operations until November 2007. From November 2007 to April 2008 he served as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Stores. In April 2008, Ryan became Assistant Vice President of New Center Development with responsibilities continuing to include oversight of the Corporate Stores, as well as serving as the Director of Training.

Eileen Moran – Vice President of Advertising
Eileen Moran became Vice President of Advertising of MAACO on October 2008. Moran started in MEI’s Executive Department in 1977. In 1985, she was transferred to the Advertising Department as Director and in 1996 was promoted to the position of Vice President of Advertising of MEI. Moran oversees the production of our commercial campaigns.
