Driven by a passion for cars and a dream of an education, 18-year-old Robert Reid journeyed from Jamaica to the U.S. to get his degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a degree in hand, Robert spent 14 years in corporate America climbing the ladder from Production Manager to Plant Manager to Manufacturing and Performance Director.

But, being his own boss was always on his mind—and in his blood as both parents were small business owners. At the age of 36, he said “goodbye” to his corporate career and “hello” to his dream of being a business owner in all things automotive.
